Sustainability

Our sustainability statement focuses more on the key considerations for aquaculture firming and envisions minimal environmental effects.

To be more environmentally conscious, we have chosen to take a more sustainable approach in acquiring our raw material only from certified sustainable aquaculture farms.
To make our logistics even more sustainable, we are introducing a logistics and tracking software into our supply chain by summer 2020.
We are also in the process of starting our Aquaculture farm off the coast of Gujrat with approximately eight hectors/ 20 acres of land.
At Western SuperFresh, we are always striving to keep our environmental impact to a minimum and are continually trying to reduce our carbon footprint & minimize over-fishing.

Vision

Western SuperFresh Aquaculture Farms- Summer 2020

We are in the process of starting our Aquaculture farm at the coastline of Gujarat which will be operational from June 2020, with approximately 7-8 hectors/ 20 acres of land. Additional 100-150 hectors/ 250-350 acres to be added to it by the end of 2021.

We will have ponds which extend to 1 hector in size, which is our standard size. We will increase the size with additional ponds by 2021 as per the customer's demand.

Depending on customer requirement, we are also installing a brine IQF line close to our farm for faster service.
