Sourcing

Western Superfresh enjoys the locational advantage of being situated at a place close the largest coastal line of the country. The various seafood processed and handled at Western Superfresh are sourced from different Aquaculture farms located close to our facility. In order to maintain the quality of the raw seafood in pristine condition, we ensure shortest possible delivery at our facility directly from the farm. The Aquaculture farms are chosen based on inspection and selection adhering to strict quality parameters. We ensure to enable the raw sea food available at the facility at the shortest possible time

Quality Control

Western Suprfresh is a known name for its exceptional quality. Beginning from sourcing the raw materials till processing, storing and manufacturing of frozen foods, quality control is kept at par with global standards. Once the raw materials arrives at our facility, they undergo several tests to check whether they are at their right temperature limit. Then the raw seafood goes through numerous in house and external laboratory checks to ensure they maintain the required quality protocols.

At Western Superfresh, we strive to adopt new and innovative technologies and ensure to manage quality control efficiently and effectively. We are certified by many certification authorities for our quality consistency and food standards.

ETP systems

In Aquaculture farming, industrial effluents as a result of several stages of seafood processing, is a major concern. However, at Western Superfresh, we ensure proper waste management so as to keep its environmental impact as low as possible and does not have major impact on the surrounding villages and cities.

At Western Superfresh, we have deployed ETP system (effluent treatment plant) for Zero waste output. ETP is a process design for treating the industrial waste water for its reuse or safe disposal to the environment.
